Concepcion holds an Industrial Engineer degree and has more than 20 years of experience in international business, sales, marketing and corporate communications.

She has collaborated with well recognized companies such as CITIZEN LATIN AMERICA, MARRIOTT HOTELS and SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS where she held management positions for Latin American and Caribbean.

With extensive experience and ability to work in a team environment, she has helped create and develop marketing campaigns, communications, social responsibility and successful digital campaigns with influencers.

Among her responsibilities, She has developed training programs for various sales forces in Central and South America, as well as served as official spokesperson for Samsung Electronics in Latin America.

She has participated in corporate training sessions in South Korea, USA, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Central America and the Caribbean.
