Phoenix

Office

Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, the Phoenix office is often surrounded with bustling tourists and transplants flocking to the Valley of the Sun to catch some rays. Our team here works with clients big and small, spanning such industries as automotive, healthcare, hospitality, sports, technology and consumer goods.  We thrive on the collaborative nature of our office, which is home base to the agency’s Research + Insights team and Hispanic marketing group (Nuestra Voz), working with clients such as Toyota, Dignity Health and Fox Home Entertainment. We have an unmatched passion for PR and marketing with a team working cohesively and successfully beyond our 9 to 5 work hours. Just ask the folks at Culinary Dropout, our favorite happy hour spot, located conveniently below our office. You can often find our team members there, bantering over cold beer and appetizers when the work day is done.

Phoenix in the hot seat

  • Office anthem: Poison – “Nothin’ But a Good Time,” a tribute to Arizona’s own Bret Michaels.
  • Favorite in-office activity: “Workout Wednesday” is an office favorite, allowing for the occasional in-office yoga practice, scenic hike or a group fitness class.
  • What do you love most about your city? The people. Nowhere will you find our mix of retirees, students, native Arizonans, tourists, Midwest and East Coast transplants.

24

Hours in Phoenix

With only 24 hours to see one of the largest and hippest city scenes around, an early start is a must. Kick off the day with a breakfast ‘Ncounter’ of the freshest variety. Located in the heart of Tempe on the legendary Mill Avenue, Ncounter offers an urban vibe with options for every palette. Next, use up some of that new-found energy to climb one of the Valley’s most historic natural landmarks –Camelback Mountain. The two summit trails are not for the faint of heart, but once atop the gorgeous red sandstone cliffs, the views are undeniable.

After the hike, enjoy a different cultural tune and visit the living memorial of the great American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West. Taliesin West houses The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, The Frank Lloyd Wright Memorial Foundation and The Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture.

With plenty of daylight left, head on over to the Arizona Science Center, a one-stop-shop for excitement regardless of age.  If children make up your travel entourage, The Children’s Museum of Phoenix is also a must.

With lunchtime calling, head to the Scottsdale Waterfront –home to the Allison+Partners office – where restaurant variety is an understatement. After refueling, enjoy the finest shopping in town at Scottsdale Fashion Square, where you can visit nearly 250 stores or catch a movie with all of the amenities at the Harkins Camelview.

Take a load off after the busy day, enjoy a prickly pear margarita and take in a beautiful Sonoran Desert sunset. Secure dinner reservations at Michelin-starred Kai and then hit the town for an unforgettable night of fun, laughter and spirits in Old Town Scottsdale.
